INDUSTRY RATE CHANGES FOR SEPTEMBER 2008

With effect from 1st September 2008 the following rate changes will be coming into effect:

BAF charges will be increasing from $675.00 to $766.00 plus $13.00 low sulphur fuel surcharge per 20ft container and from $1350.00 to $1532.00 plus $26.00 low sulphur fuel surcharge per 40ft container.

BAF for LCL charges will increase from $33.75 to $38.30 per weight/measure plus $0.65 low sulphur fuel surcharge.

CAF charges will increase from 17.1% to 17.9% of the total freight value.

These charges will be applicable for all sailings from 1st September onwards.
